The Profile bit...

Russ Leach has had a 25 year career in production and publishing. Starting off in magazine production and then moving into retail Russ has managed to art direct, design, code and illustrate for many large corporates such as EMAP, Sony and Tetra Pack. More recently he has been involved in web development and online creative projects. Russ had a spell during the nineties producing pencils for independent UK comics publishers and has now returned producing sequential art full time


The currently doing bit...

In 2013 I will be working with Unstoppable Comics on their flagship title Stormchasers and pencilling and inking guest assignements for multiple publishers and studios including Deaf Power Publishing, The Mighty Quinn Management, The Scar Agency and Wizard Entertainment.

I work on a Wacom direct to digital file and use whatever means I can to get the job done!

So been a while!

Red Angel miniseries is now finished and issue 4 is at press - the collected trade paperback will be available soon as well.

Chronic Argonauts graphic novel is being made in to a tablet app and will be available to download from the Android store in the next couple of months.

I am working closely with Kevin Gunstone (writer with Marvel and Image) on several properties and also have a few projects in the wings

My current gig is with the most impressive JayDee Rosario at Unstoppable Comics and I'm taking on regular linework duties on the flagship title StormChasers (issue 5 onwards)

Well that's it for now - will journel again as things happen!
